Nomos circa 278-276, AR 6.41 g. Head of Athena r., wearing crested Corinthian helmet, bowl decorated with griffin, earring and necklace; behind, KLE. Rev. |-HPAKLEIWN Heracles standing facing slightly to l., holding club, lion's skin and cornucopia; in upper l. field, bucranium. SNG ANS 87 (these dies). Work pl., VIII, A. Van Keuren 130. Historia Numorum Italy 1427.
Struck on a very broad flan, old cabinet tone. Good very fine
