Solidus, Mediolanum (?) circa 389-391, AV 21 mm, 4.37 g. D N THEODO – SIVS P F AVG Rosette-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust r. Rev. VICTOR – IA AVGG Two emperors, nimbate, seated facing holding globe together; the one on r. holds a mappa in l. hand. Above and between them, Victory facing with spread wings. Below, a palm branch. In exergue, COM. C 37. RIC 34j (Thessalonica). Depeyrot 9/2 var. (M-D).Very rare variety. Several minor edge marks, otherwise good very fine
