George I, guinea, 1726, fifth bust, 8.38g (S. 3633), a mis-struck coin with a severe flan fault causing a crack extending from the edge into the King’s hair and to the tip of his nose; this has been the subject of an old attempted solder repair applied to the reverse and has been partially disguised by gilding, otherwise relatively unworn, good very fine but offered with faults
