*India, Sikh Empire, time of Ranjit Singh (VS 1856-96; 1799-1839 AD), gold rupee, VS 1905 (1848), Multan mint, 0.66g (KM 87), extremely fine; together with minor Ottoman gold coins (3), generally very fine (4)
The gold rupee was struck in the time of Diwan Mulraj, not Ranjit Singh. The edge of this example is milled.
