Kushan Dynasty, Kanishka I (127-140 CE), Gold Dinar, "MIIPO" (Sun God) type, Obv: the diademed king standing, facing left, holding a spear in his left hand and an ankush in the other hand, flames on right shoulder and sacrificing over an altar on the left field, Bactrian legend "ÞAONANOÞAO KA-NHÞKI KOÞANO" "Shaonashao Kanishki Koshano" (King of Kings, Kanishka the Kushan) around the field, Rev: solar deity Mitra, nimbate, standing, facing left, his left hand akimbo and holding a sword hilt, his right hand is outstretched in benediction, tamgha on the left field, Bactrian legend "MIIPO" on the right field, all within a dotted border, 7.09g, 19.42mm, (Gobl # 56/Jongward & Cribb # 384), about extremely fine, Extremely Rare.
