British India, 1917, King George V, 1 Rupee, Karachi Circle, Signed by M.M.S. Gubbay, K Prefix, S. No. K11 788251, (KJ &RR # 3.1.1A), Wrong Gujarati, stains, folds, internal tears and splits, rust spots, graffiti, paper pull on face, graded by PCGS as 15 Fine, Extremely Rare.

Note: Banknotes from the Karachi circle are considered to be the rarest in this series. . The minute wear and tear on this banknote does not take away its collectability by virtue of its rarity. We have not offered this before. This is an important lot for advanced prefix-oriented collectors.
