Kushan Dynasty, Huvishka (160-190 AD), Copper Tetradrachma, "OESHO/Cross-legged" type, Obv: the king seated cross-legged upon decorative clouds, facing forward, right hand akimbo, holding a scepter in an upraised left hand, surrounded by rayed circle, Bactrian legend “þAONANOþ OOηþKE KOþANO” (“Shaonanosh Ooishki Koshano… King of Kings, Huvishka the Kushan), Rev: a four-armed lord Shiva standing, nimbate, facing left, holding a thunderbolt (vajra) and a diadem in extended lower right and left hands, a trident in the upper-left hand, lower-left hand holds water pot (lota) , tamgha on the left field, dotted border around the field, Bactrian legend “OηþO” (OESHO) at right field, 16.0g, 27.61mm, (Mitch. ACW # 3257-3258/Jongward & Cribb # 962-963), choice very fine, Rare.
