British India, 1927, King George V, 100 Rupees, Madras Circle (Large Green), Signed by H. Denning, S Prefix, S. No. S51 490311, Water mark type 2, (KJ & RR # 3.10.1R), single fold, few stains, thread hole and pin holes, about extremely fine, Extremely Rare.
Note: The first banknote of 100 Rupees in King George V series, the large green fonts of the circle name indicate that these were printed in Nasik. Madras circle is amongst the toughest to find. This banknote is of a very attractive grade.
