E3), torn and taped in the center, stains, spindle and folding holes, note holder of ICG is cut, graded by ICG as 25* F/VF, Extremely Rare.

Note: An interesting banknote from the Madras circle bearing H. Denning's signature. It bears evidence of being cut from the center and reattached as was the usual practice of presenting and encashing from the banking system in those days.
