Roman Empire- Augustus, 27 B.C. - 14 A.D. Slver denarius (3,23 g, 18 mm.) minted in Hispania (Colonia Patricia mint, actual Cordoba), between 17-16 B.C.

SPQR CAESARI AVGVSTO, bare head right.
VOT•P•SVSC•PRO•SAL•ET•RED•I•OM•SACR•, Mars, nude but for sagum from shoulders over left arm, standing left on ground line, holding vexillum in right hand and cradling parazonium in left.
