Roman Provincial. EGYPT. Alexandria. Marcus Aurelius Caesar (161-180 A.D.) Æ drachm (17,58 g., 33 mm.). Dated in the year RY 17 (153)

Bare-headed bust right, wearing cuirass and paludamentum, seen from rear.

Monumental altar with six columns, garlanded, uncertain figure at each end of base; above, pyre; acroteria in form of aphlasta.
