Roman Empire - Tetricus I, Usurper in Gaul, 271-274 AD. Bronze antoninianus (2,85 g. 21 mm.), from Cologne mint, 273-274.

IMP TETRICVS P F AVG Radiate and cuirassed bust of Tetricus I to right.

HILARITAS AVGG Hilaritas standing left, holding palm frond in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left.

Near extremely fine conditon, nice brown old cabinet patina.
