Claudius II - Silvered Billon Antoninianus (1,76 g., 15 mm.) Rome. 269 AD.
(IMP CLAVDIVS AVG), radiate head right /
Fortuna?? standing left, holding patera and cornucopiae. II in right field.
Lovely portrait.
Beautiful example with a very peculiar barbarian style. On the reverse you can see a female figure similar to the goddess Fortune, but the rudder is replaced by a patera.
