Description

Roman Empire - Constantine II, as caesar (under Constantine I, 306-337), Bronze Follis (2.32 g., 18 mm.), Treveri, AD 332-333.

CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust r./

GLORIA EXERCITVS, two soldiers holding spears and shields with two standards between them. The standards have narrow shafts and no banner. Wreath between the standards. Mintmark: TRS.

RIC VII Trier 550; Sear 17315.
Good very fine in general, green-brown patina.
