Roman Empire - Constantine I the Great (307-337 A.D.) bronze follis (3,20 gm., 20 mm. ). Trier mint. Struck 323 A.D. BEATA TRANQVILLITAS. ·STR crescent. Rare.
CONSTANTINVS AVG; laureated bust to right, wearing trabea, eagle-tipped sceptre in right hand.
BEATA TRANQVILLITAS. Globe set on altar inscribed VO-TIS XX; three stars above. ·STR in exergue.
Good very fine condition. Green original patina.
