Reform Bill 1832 51mm diameter in bronze by B.Wyon, Eimer 1254, BHM 1603, Welch 3, Obverse: REFORM IN THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMONS HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT 1832, crown above within a wreath decorated by the City of London Shield, Reverse: Liberty kneeling, presents a bill of REFORM to Britannia who stands before a plaque, inscribed GREY BROUGHAM ALTHORP RUSSELL on which rests a medallion of WILLIAM THE FOURTH. In Exergue: 2nd and 3rd WILLIAM IV, GVF with some dirt in the devices
