Macrinus Sestertius, Damnatio Memoriae?
Obv. IMP CAES M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, laureate and cuirassed bust right. Rev. SALVS PVBLICA S C, Salus seated left, feeding from patera snake coiled about altar; a couple of hacks, looks like Damnatio memoriae.
