Early Medieval Silvered Pilgrim Cross Pendant

A silvered cross pendant with integral ribbed loop, expanding arms, the body decorated by dots on both sides. Cf. The cross imitates the well known typology of pectoral crosses and encolpia whose surface is decorated by dots, a characteristic visible on the crosses from Anatolia especially in the period between 10th and 11th century AD.
