Roman Bronze Mirror 1st-3rd Century AD
A bronze discoid mirror with one polished face, raised rim and scooped inner band, incised concentric rings, disc to the centre. Cf. The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, accession number 74.51.5413, for a similar mirror. 587 grams, 15.7 cm wide (6 1/4 in.). Acquired in London in 1982. Ex Timeline Auction- December 2022.
