ISLAMIC, 'Abbasid Caliphate. temp. Al-Muktafi, AH 289-295 / AD 902-908. Dinar (Gold, 22 mm, 4.09 g, 3 h), citing the caliph al-Mu'ktafi billah and the Tulunid ruler Harun ibn Khumarawaih (AH 283-292), Misr, AH 291 = AD 903/4. Bernardi 230De. A very attractive and well struck example. Minor marks, otherwise, extremely fine.
