LUCANIA. Thourioi. Circa 400-350 BC. Didrachm or Nomos (Silver, 20 mm, 7.60 g, 10 h). Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet adorned, on the bowl, with Skylla pointing with her left hand and holding oar (?) in her right. Rev. ΘΟΥΡΙΩΝ Bull butting right; below, fish to right. HN Italy 1800. SNG ANS 1006. Faint scratches on the obverse and with a graffito of AP on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
