Description
CELTIC, Southern Gaul. Allobroges. Circa 100-75 BC. Drachm (Silver, 12 mm, 2.34 g, 2 h), 'à l'hippocampe' type. Helmeted head of Mars to right. Rev. Hippocamp to right. DT 3125. LT 2917. The reverse struck somewhat off center, otherwise, very fine.
