ISLANDS OFF CARIA, Rhodos. Rhodes. Circa 229-205 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 13.47 g, 12 h), Ameinias, magistrate. Radiate head of Helios facing slightly to right. Rev. POΔION / AMEINI-AΣ Rose with bud to right; to left, prow to right. Ashton 212. SNG Keckman 542. Minor marks, otherwise, very fine.
From an old Swiss collection, formed in the 1970s.
