ISLAMIC, Persia (Pre-Seljuq). Buwayhids (Buyids). Sultan al-Dawla Abu Shuja', AH 403-415 / AD 1012-1024. Dirham (Silver, 29 mm, 3.42 g, 6 h), Shiraz, AH 406 = AD 1015/6. Album 1581. Struck from slightly worn dies and with a minor edge crack, otherwise, very fine.
