In inner field: 'no God but Allah, unique, He has no associate' in Kufic; in inner margin: 'Say: No reward do I ask of you for this other than love of your relatives' in Kufic; in outer margin, 'was struck in the name of Allah in Rayy in the year one and twenty and one hundred' in Kufic. Rev. In inner field: 'Allah is One, Allah is eternal, He does not beget nor is He begotten and there is none like unto Him' in Kufic; in outer margin: 'Muhammad is the messenger of Allah who sent him with guidance and the religion of truth that he might make it supreme over all other religions, even though the polytheists may detest it' in Kufic.
