Aelius, Caesar, 136-138. Sestertius (Orichalcum, 29 mm, 24.91 g, 6 h), Rome, 137. L AELIVS CAESAR Bare head of Aelius to right. Rev. TR•POT COS•II / S - C Spes advancing left, holding flower in her right hand and raising her skirt with her left. BMC 1917. Cohen 56. RIC 1055. An attractive piece with a bold and impressive portrait. Slightly rough, otherwise, very fine.
