Augustus, 27 BC-AD 14. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 3.91 g, 1 h), Lugdunum, 11-10 BC. AVGVSTVS DIVI•F Bare head of Augustus to right. Rev. IMP•XII Bull butting to left. BMC 476. Cohen 158. RIC 178a. A beautifully toned exampe with an excellent portrait. Struck very slightly off center, otherwise, extremely fine.
