CELTIC, Northwest Gaul. Senones. Circa 100-60 BC. Cast unit (Potin, 18 mm, 3.21 g, 9 h), 'tête d'indien' type. Male head to right, the hair in five thick strands. Rev. Stylized horse standing left with pellet above and below. DT 2643. LT 7417. SLM 699-701. A lovely piece with a dark patina. Good very fine.
