Diademed head of Ptolemy I to right, wearing aegis around neck. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ - ΠTOΛEMAIOY Eagle with closed wings standing left on thunderbolt; in field to left, L K𐤆 (date); in field to right, ΠA. CPE 1121. Noeske -. SNG Copenhagen 296. Svoronos 1502. A sharply struck example with lovely iridescent toning and a fine portrait. Tiny marks and with very minor deposits on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
