CONSENSV SENAT•ET•EQ•ORDIN•P•Q•R• Augustus (?), togate, seated left on curule chair, holding olive branch in his right hand and globe in his left. BMC 88. Cohen 87. RIC 56. A beautiful example with a wonderful portrait and a splendid pedigree. Somewhat smoothed, otherwise, extremely fine.
