SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Antioch. Vespasian, 69-79. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 15.08 g, 12 h), Y 3 = 70/1. ΑΥΤΟΚΡΑ[ΤΩΡ ΚΑΙϹΑΡ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΟϹ ΟΥΕϹΠΑ]ϹΙΑΝΟϹ Laureate head of Vespasian to right. Rev. ΕΤΟΥϹ ΝΕ[ΟΥ•ΙΕΡΟΥ•Γ] Eagle, holding wreath in beak, standing to left on club; in left field, palm branch. McAlee 358. Prieur 136. RPC II 1972. Struck on a somewhat tight flan and with a few marks, otherwise, very fine.
