SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Antioch. Vespasian, 69-79. Tetradrachm (Silver, 23 mm, 15.20 g, 1 h), RY 2 = 69/70. ΑΥΤΟΚΡΑΤΩΡ ΚΑ[ΙCΑΡ CЄΒΑCΤΟC ΟΥЄC]ΠΑCΙΑΝΟC Laureate head of Vespasian to right. Rev. ΕΤΟΥC ΝΕΟ[Υ ΙΕΡΟΥ Β] Eagle with spread wings standing left on club, holding wreath in beak; to left, palm frond. McAlee 357. Prieur 135. RPC II 1971. Struck slightly off center and with light porosity, otherwise, very fine.
