PHRYGIA. Laodicea ad Lycum. Julia Domna, Augusta, 193-217. Medallion (Orichalcum, 40 mm, 37.21 g, 7 h), Ai. Peisoneines, archon for the fourth time. IOYΛ•ΔOMNA CЄBAC• Draped bust of Julia Domna set on crescent to right; to right, countermark: head to right with E before. Rev. ЄΠI AIΛ ΠЄΙCΩNЄINHC APXA Δ - ΛAOΔIKЄΩN NA/OKOPΩN (sic!) Hygieia, on the left, standing right, feeding serpent held in her right hand, and Asklepios, on the right, standing facing, head to left, leaning right on serpent-entwined staff; between them, Telesphoros standing facing.
