CENTRAL GAUL. Bituriges Cubi. Circa 50-30 BC. AE (Bronze, 17 mm, 2.79 g, 9 h). Celticized head to the left, the hair treated in strands similar to 'Aquitane' curls, the base of the neck punctuated. Rev. Celticized horse prancing left; above and below, pellets in annulets. DT 576A. LT -. A well struck and attractive example. Some corrosion, otherwise, good very fine.
