D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG Helmeted, pearl-diademed and cuirassed bust of Theodosius II facing, his head turned slightly to right, holding spear over his shoulder in his right hand and with a shield, decorated with a horseman spearing fallen enemy, on his left shoulder. Rev. GLOR ORVI-S TERRAR / TESOB Emperor standing front, holding labarum in his right hand and globe cruciger in his left; in field to left, star. Depeyrot 51/1. RIC 361. Fresh and lustrous. Very minor weakness on the reverse, otherwise, virtually as struck.
