RESTITVTOR REI PVBLICAE / SMHA Valens standing front, head to right, holding labarum in his right hand and Victory on globe in his left. Depeyrot 5/2. RIC 1b. Fresh and sharp, a lovely coin. A few scratches and nicks, otherwise, good extremely fine.
