Anonymous issues, time of Domitian to Antoninus Pius, 81-161. Quadrans (Copper, 15 mm, 2.61 g, 6 h), Rome. Diademed head of Jupiter to right. Rev. S - C Eagle standing facing with wings spread, head turned to left. Cohen VIII, 16 var. (eagle on thunderbolt). RIC 4 var. (eagle on thunderbolt). An unusually well preserved example. Some traces of corrosion, otherwise, about extremely fine.
