Anonymous, After 211 BC. Quinarius (Silver, 16 mm, 2.15 g, 11 h), Rome. Head of Roma to right, wearing winged helmet and pendant earring; behind, V (mark of value). Rev. ROMA (in linear frame) The Dioscuri, each holding spear, on horseback galloping right; above their heads, two stars. Crawford 53/2. RBW 192. Sydenham 31. Beautifully toned. Flan crack and with some doubling on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.

From the collection of the Swiss-Spanish coin dealer and former Swiss Guard at the Vatican José Truyol, formed since the early 1970s.
