Head of Athena Parthenos to right, wearing triple-crested Attic helmet adorned with Pegasos and long tendril on the bowl, and with the foreparts of four horses above the visor. Rev. A-ΘE / TIMO-ΣΤΡA/TOΣ / ΠΟ/ΣΗΣ / [Δ]AM (?) Owl standing facing on amphora; to left, cornucopiae between two grain ears; on amphora, E; in exergue, ΣΩ (?); all within laurel wreath. Thompson 828d var. (Θ on amphora, ME in exergue). Somewhat rough and struck from a worn obverse die, otherwise, very fine.
