LUCANIA. Metapontion. Circa 510-470 BC. Stater (Silver, 25 mm, 8.06 g, 12 h). ΜΕΤΑ Ear of barley with six grains; cable border. Rev. Incuse ear of barley with six grains; rayed border. Gorini 23. Noe Class IX, 166. HN Italy 1482. Lightly toned and very well centered. Minor marks and with a small flan fault on the obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
