IRAN, Pahlavis. Muhammad Reza Shah, AH 1320-1358 / AD 1941-1979. Pahlavi SH 1337 = 1958 (Gold, 22 mm, 8.15 g, 12 h), Tehran. Bare head of Muhammad Reza Shah to left between inscription and date. Rev. Lion and sun (Pahlavi coat of arms) above denomination, all within wreath. Friedberg 101. KM 1162. Mintage of 667,000 examples. Slightly rough, clashed dies and minor deposits, otherwise, virtually as struck.
