Description

Divus Claudius II Gothicus, died 270. Half Follis (Bronze, 16 mm, 2.13 g, 2 h), Rome, 317-318. DIVO CLAVDIO OPT IMP Laureate and veiled head of Divus Claudius II Gothicus to right. Rev. MEMORIAE AETERNAE / R P Eagle standing front, wings spread and head turned to left. RIC 112. Struck from slightly worn dies, otherwise, good very fine.
