★ Well centered and attractive ★

THRACE. Chersonesos. Circa 386-338 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 13 mm, 2.47 g, 4 h). Forepart of a lion to right, head turned back to left. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square with two raised and two sunken squares; in one sunken quarter, amphora; in another, pellet beside monogram of AΓ. BMC 21. Dewing 1305. McClean 4066. SNG Copenhagen 837. Weber 2406. A well centered and attractive piece. Extremely fine.
