ΑΥΤ Κ Μ ΑΥΡ ϹЄΒ ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟϹ Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander to right, seen from behind. Rev. ΒΛΑΥΝΔЄΩΝ / ΜΑΚЄΔΟΝΩΝ // ΕΠΙ Π ΚΛ ΜΑPKOY APX [TO B] (?) Apollo-Mên on horseback to right, holding double axe over his left shoulder; before him, Hermes standing front, head to left, holding caduceus in his left hand and guiding horse with his right. GRPC 127 = RPC VI online 11037 ( same dies ). Extremely rare, apparently the second known example. Minor deposits and the reverse somewhat double struck, otherwise, about very fine.
