Draped bust of Hormazd IV to right, wearing an elaborate mural crown with a frontal crescent surmounted by a korymbos in crescent; a ribbon on his right shoulder; a crescent and a ribbon on his left shoulder; behind head, ‘ʾp̄zwd’ = ‘abzūd’ (‘increased’ in Pahlavi); before head, ‘ʾwhlmzd’ = ‘Ohrmazd’ (‘Hormazd’ in Pahlavi). Rev. Fire altar with ribbons, flanked by two attendants; above altar, star and crescent; to left, ‘dwʾcdh’ = ‘dwāzdah’ (‘twelve’ in Pahlavi); to right, ‘GD’ (‘Gay’ in Pahlavi). Göbl I/1.
