BULGARIA. Second Empire. Ivan Sisman, 1371–1395. Asper (Silver, 14 mm, 0.48 g, 6 h). Half-length facing bust of the Virgin Mary, raising both hands in prayer, facing bust of the Infant Christ on breast. Rev. Ivan Šišman standing facing, holding cross-tipped scepter in his right hand; monogram in right and left field. Raduchev & Zhekov 1.15.9-12. Nicely toned. Good very fine.
