Within two concentric circles, double-trident tamgha; around, ‘lā ilāha illā Allāh Muḥammad rasūl Allāh …’ (‘There is no deity but Allah. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah …’ in Arabic). Rev. ‘ḍuriba hādhā / al-dirham / bi madīnat Būlād’, continued around ‘fī shuhūr / sana thamān khamsīn / sitta miʾa’ (‘This dirham was struck in the city of Pulad in the months of the year 658’ in Arabic).
