THESSALY. Larissa. Circa 380-365 BC. Drachm (Silver, 18 mm, 6.00 g, 2 h). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly to left, grain ears in hair, wearing pendant earring and plain necklace. Rev. ΛΑΡΙ/ΣAIΩΝ Mare in foreground and foal in background standing right. BCD Thessaly I 1153 var. (no grain ears). BCD Thessaly II 295. HGC 4, 445. Lightly toned and of fine style. Somewhat rough and with minor marks, otherwise, good very fine.
