Within a square, ‘al-malik / al-Ṣāliḥ’ (‘King al-Salih’ in Arabic); illegible mint and date formula in the margin. Rev. Citing the ʿAbbasid caliph al-Mustansir billah (AH 623-640 / AD 1226-1242) within a square, ‘al-Imām / al-Mustanṣir’ (‘Imam / al-Mustansir’ in Arabic); in the margin, ‘bism / Allāh / [al-raḥmān / al-raḥīm]’ (‘In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful’ in Arabic).
