EPEIROS, Federal coinage (Epirote Republic). Circa 234/3-168 BC. Drachm (Silver, 20 mm, 4.44 g, 6 h), Lykiskos, magistrate. ΛΥΚΙΣΚΟΣ Head of Zeus Dodonaios to right, wearing oak wreath. Rev. AΠEI-PΩTAN Eagle with closed wings standing right on thunderbolt; all within oak wreath. HGC 3.1, 171; Franke, Group II, 245. Slightly rough, otherwise, very fine.
